I’d like to welcome my husband, J.C. Thibodaux, as a new contributor. I’ve invited him to come on board and help write on occasion. I don’t know how often you’ll see him, though, since he’s involved in a lot of other things already.

This is a Christian blog and hence comments that use cursewords that slip past the filter will be deleted. Ad hominems and other personal attacks will also be subject to deletion. Disagreements and honest questions are welcome, but I would encourage the writers to do so in a spirit of Christian love.

Thinking on the verses of Titus 2:1-5 was my inspiration for starting this blog.
“But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine: that the older men be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith, in love, in patience; the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things– that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed.”
In accordance with these verses, this blog will primarily be targeted toward women (though men are definitely welcome to stop by). My hope is to have a place where matters of faith, Godly conduct, and doctrine can all be discussed.
